About Me

I am Subramanian, a Research Scholar associated with the iNNER-EYE Foundation as an Executive of SchoolBench_INDIA, with a focused role in Mentorship. My involvement with iNNER-EYE is rooted in a strong belief that guidance, encouragement, and right direction can significantly transform the lives of young learners.
Through SchoolBench_INDIA, I actively contribute to mentoring underprivileged students by supporting their academic growth, nurturing their curiosity, and helping them build confidence to pursue their educational goals. Mentorship, in my view, goes beyond academics—it is about inspiring students, helping them recognize their potential, and enabling them to make informed choices for their future.

As a Research Scholar, I bring an academic perspective and a learner-centric approach to my role, ensuring that mentorship is thoughtful, inclusive, and impactful. Being part of iNNER-EYE allows me to channel my knowledge and experience toward a cause that promotes equitable access to education and personal development.

I remain committed to supporting iNNER-EYE Foundation’s mission by strengthening the mentorship ecosystem under SchoolBench_INDIA and contributing to the creation of a more empowered, educated, and compassionate society.

Valuing the humanity with compassion

What These Causes Mean to Me

My journey with iNNER-EYE began when I realized that compassion must go beyond intention—it must become action. iNNER-EYE stands for humanity without boundaries, where help is offered without judgment and service is delivered with respect.

When I serve through iNNER-EYE, I am reminded that small acts of kindness can restore hope. A warm meal, a listening ear, a helping hand, supporting children for empowerment—these gestures may seem simple, but they carry immense meaning for someone in need. This cause is about restoring humanity, one life at a time.

Causes I Support

Hunger & Basic Needs

Providing access to food, essential supplies, and basic care for individuals and families struggling to meet daily needs.

Education Support

Assisting underprivileged children to continue their education through initiatives such as SchoolBench_INDIA, ensuring that financial hardship does not end a child’s learning journey.

Elderly Care

Supporting elderly individuals who face isolation, neglect, or lack of family support, with a focus on care, companionship, and dignity.

Health & Emergency Support

Extending help during medical emergencies, health crises, and unforeseen situations where immediate support can make a critical difference.

Pads for Mensural Hygiene

Enable our sisters to use right menstrual products. In slums, 54% women are using used clothes for menstrual cycle

Corpus Fund

To ensure the long-term sustainability, stability, and continuity of the Foundation’s humanitarian and social missions.

The Feeding the Homeless initiative of the iNNER-EYE is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: no human being should go hungry or feel forgotten.

The educating girls is key to breaking the cycle of poverty, promoting equality, and fostering a brighter future for communities worldwide.

Help Elders: Shelter for Old-age

The Shelter for Old-Age initiative of the iNNER-EYE is born from a deep concern for elderly individuals who face loneliness, neglect, or lack of family support in their later years.
