We extend a warm welcome to you as we embark on a journey of self-discovery through the practice of Vipassana meditation.
Vipassana, a timeless treasure for humanity, is experienced through a 10-day meditation retreat facilitated by authentic centers established worldwide under the guidance of Mr. Goenka. As the General Secretary, I have had the privilege of attending this course and practicing Vipassana for several years now. The experience has enlightened me to its importance and essence of my Existence. At iNNER-EYE, we are committed to spreading human values and resources that enhance our collective well-being. We believe that Vipassana is among the highest treasures we can offer, as it holds the key to inner peace and a harmonious existence. My gratitude extends to iNNER-EYE for introducing me to this invaluable practice and inspiring my journey.
In our endeavor to share this gift with you, we have organized one-hour meditation sessions at IISc [from Monday – Saturday] and iNNER-EYE [on Sunday]. While these sessions serve as an introduction to Vipassana, we acknowledge that they cannot fully encapsulate the depth of the official 10-day course. Nonetheless, we hope they will ignite a spark within you to explore further and perhaps embark on the official Vipassana journey guided by Vipasanna’s centers.
Take a moment to explore the following brief introduction
“Vipassana, which means “to see things as they really are”, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art of Living. This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation. Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.
The scientific laws that operate one’s thoughts, feelings, judgements and sensations become clear. Through direct experience, the nature of how one grows or regresses, how one produces suffering or frees oneself from suffering is understood. Life becomes characterized by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control and peace.” My ultimate wish is for all of us, alongside our friends, to lead lives of peace and harmony, embracing all beings.
“At iNNER-EYE Foundation, we believe that true transformation begins within. While our initiatives focus on uplifting communities through education, health, and humanitarian support, we also recognize the importance of nurturing the inner well-being of individuals. One such profound path we wish to share is Vipassana meditation—a timeless technique that leads to self-discovery, inner peace, and a harmonious way of living..”

iNNER-EYE’s Commitment to Inner Well-being
At iNNER-EYE, our mission extends beyond external service—we aim to cultivate human values, awareness, and holistic well-being. We believe that inner peace is the foundation of a compassionate and harmonious society. As part of this vision, we are committed to introducing individuals to practices like Vipassana that can positively transform lives from within.

We extend a heartfelt invitation to you to embark on a journey of self-awareness through Vipassana meditation. As the General Secretary of iNNER-EYE, it is both a privilege and a deeply personal joy to share the transformative impact this practice has had—not only in my life but in the lives of countless individuals around the world.
Having personally experienced the depth of Vipassana through dedicated practice and participation in structured courses, I have come to understand its profound relevance in today’s fast-paced and often stressful world. It is not just a meditation technique—it is a way of life that helps us reconnect with our true nature.
Meditation Sessions at IISc and iNNER-EYE
To make this practice accessible, we have organized one-hour introductory meditation sessions:
- At IISc (Monday to Saturday)
- At iNNER-EYE (Sunday)
These sessions are designed to provide a gentle introduction to the principles of Vipassana. While they cannot fully replicate the depth of the official 10-day course, they serve as a starting point—a spark to inspire deeper exploration. We encourage participants to take this first step and, if inspired, consider enrolling in a full Vipassana course at an authentic center.
We invite you to become part of this journey. Your support helps us reach families in crisis, offer hope to the hopeless, and build systems that uplift lives, not just for today, but for the long term. Whether you give your time, your voice, or your resources — know that you are not just supporting Faun, you are shaping a more just and compassionate world.
Inner peace is not something to be found outside—it is something to be discovered within.
