Donations received are utilized to support these programs and are treated with utmost responsibility and transparency.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for donations made through our website or other official channels.
Nature of Donations
All donations made to iNNER-EYE Foundation are:
- Voluntary contributions
- Intended for charitable purposes
- Non-refundable in general
By making a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees that the funds will be used at the discretion of the Foundation to support its ongoing and future initiatives.

- Donations once made cannot be refunded or cancelled
- This applies to both one-time and recurring donations
This policy ensures that funds are efficiently allocated to beneficiaries and ongoing programs without disruption.

Duplicate Transactions
- If a donor has made multiple payments for the same purpose unintentionally
- Refund will be processed for the excess amount after verification
Technical Errors
- Payment deducted but donation not recorded

Incorrect Amount Paid
If a donor mistakenly enters a significantly higher amount than intended
Refund Request Process
To request a refund under eligible cases:
- The donor must submit a request within 7 days of the transaction
- Request must include:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference
- Date of Donation
- Amount Donated
- Reason for refund request

Recurring Donations (Subscription Cancellation)
- Donors who have opted for recurring donations may cancel future payments at any time
- Cancellation can be done:
- Through the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay dashboard)
- By contacting the Foundation
Note:
- Amount already debited will not be refunded, except under eligible cases mentioned above
- Cancellation will apply only to future transactions
Payment Gateway Disclaimer
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
iNNER-EYE Foundation shall not be responsible for:
- Transaction failures or technical issues beyond its control
- Delays in refund caused by banks or payment processors
Tax Exemption Implications
- If a refund is processed, any issued tax exemption certificate (80G) shall become invalid
- Donors must not claim tax benefits on refunded amounts
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
- If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, you must notify us immediately
- The Foundation will assist in investigation, but resolution may depend on the payment gateway or bank
