At iNNER-EYE Foundation, we invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self through our Weekly Vipassana Meditation Sessions, conducted every Sunday.  Vipassana, which means “to see things as they really are,” is one of the most ancient meditation techniques practiced in India. It is a simple, practical, and non-sectarian method of mental training that helps individuals develop clarity, awareness, and emotional balance.

Vipassana meditation focuses on:

  • Observing natural breath (Anapana)
  • Developing awareness of bodily sensations
  • Understanding the nature of thoughts and emotions
  • Cultivating equanimity (balance of mind)

This practice helps you respond to life situations with calmness rather than reacting impulsively.
