The Board of Directors (BoD) is a primary body of iNNER-EYE and it plays a crucial role in overseeing the activities of the Foundation and ensuring that it operates in the best interests of. The power and roles of the the Board of Directors are broad and encompass a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the long-term success, sustainability, and ethical conduct of the Foundation.

Ethics of the Board
The ethics of the Board of Directors are paramount in ensuring the integrity, transparency, and accountability of the Foundation’s governance. The Board members have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the Foundation and its resource persons. The Board members should be accountable for their actions and decisions, both individually and collectively.
Ethical Leadership
The CEO provides leadership and direction to the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Honorary Member, Executive, Staff, Executives, Co-ordinators, Volunteers, and other resource persons. This includes hiring and developing talented individuals, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
The CEO works closely with the charity’s board of directors, providing regular updates, seeking input on strategic decisions, and implementing board directives. This involves fostering strong relationships, facilitating board meetings, and supporting board members in fulfilling their governance responsibilities.
