DESCRIPTION:SchoolBench_INDIA brings interactive and engaging classroom learning experiences to schools\, helping students move beyond textbooks and discover the joy of learning and knowledge. \nOur Objective: Our objective is to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to learn\, explore\, question\, experiment\, and express themselves with confidence. The programme aims to strengthen students’ academic foundations while nurturing curiosity\, creativity\, critical thinking\, communication\, collaboration\, and problem-solving skills. \nLearning with Researchers from IISc: A distinctive feature of the SchoolBench_INDIA Classroom Teaching Programme is the involvement of research scholars from the Humanitarian Aid Team at Indian Institute of Science (IISc)\, Bangalore\, who serve as teaching resource persons and mentors. These scholars bring their academic knowledge\, research experience\, and passion for learning into the classroom. Through interactive sessions\, demonstrations\, discussions\, and practical activities\, they help students connect classroom concepts with real-world applications. \nTheir interaction with students also provides an opportunity for young learners to meet researchers\, ask questions\, explore scientific thinking\, and gain exposure to higher education and research. \nEmpowering Every Child: We believe that every child has the potential to learn\, grow\, and achieve their aspirations.
